About Adam Knolls

As a founder of the company I have been representing real estate clients as a Broker and Agent since the inception of the company in 1994. I have provided service not only to my clients but to other company agents who provide client-level service for over twenty years. I am a practicing Certified Public Accountant so I truly understand what it means to protect my client’s interests….all of the time. As a lifelong resident of Central Ohio my knowledge of the entire area is extensive and I share this knowledge freely with my clients. The area…and the industry…change rapidly and I continue to change with it.

I represent the best interests of people in real estate transactions by only working with buyers or sellers, but never both. I provide money saving and informative options to the client at all times involving financing, insurance and contract negotiations. Every transaction is purely transparent. I prevent my clients from being “sold to” while guiding my clients through a process which involves countless critical items, each of which can materially affect a transaction if done improperly, untimely, or not at all. I use my CPA background to offer a high level of professionalism in critical areas of people’s fiscal lives.
